  • Lead you through creating your planning schedule.
  • Provide timelines and vendor specific wedding day timelines to ensure smooth flow of service and activities on your
    wedding day.
  • Provide you with a list of vendors who match your personal wedding style and budget.
            - Floral Designer
            - Caterer
            - Transportation
            - Photography
            - Videographer
            - Hair Stylist
            - Hotel Accommodations for Guests
            - Rentals, including linens, chair covers, tables, chairs, table wear
  • Provide you with your wedding day binder and labeled tabs to be the "organized bride"
  • Direction of on-site rehearsal.
  • On-site coordination for your wedding day, including pre-wedding activities, assistance of ceremony, and direction of the
    reception.
  • Access to "A Southern Affair's wedding Day Kit" including necessity/emergency items, as needed.
  • Meet, Greet, and Interact with each vendor on the wedding day to ensure the smooth flow of all wedding day activities.
  • Assistance in choosing your bridal attire, bridesmaid's gowns, tuxedos, invitations, save-the-date cards, attendants' gifts,
    favors, bridal accessories and much more

Directing the Affair                  
For the bride who has planned her wedding and wants to be able to enjoy her day.
  • Ideal to call 3-6 months before wedding to secure service.
  • 2-3 Planning meetings to organize and plan details.
  • Review contracts to determine type of product or service provided by your vendors. (Client must provide copies of all
    signed vendor contracts.)
  • Provide timelines and vendor specific wedding day timelines to ensure smooth flow of service and activities on your
    wedding day.
  • Direction of the on-site rehearsal.
  • On-site coordination for your wedding day, including pre-wedding activities, assistance of ceremony, and direction of the
    reception.
  • Access to "A Southern Affair's wedding Day Kit" including necessity/emergency items, as needed.

  • This package includes no consulting time. **
